Goal Plans


Here are some ideas for goals, many with SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Time Sensitive) wording created with this formula:

I will [do what] lose weight [how much] ____ lbs by doing [what] aerobic exercise [when] every morning [for how long] 30 minutes [measured by] target heart rate [by when] by target date of two months from today.

 

  1. Print the value map with life areas (pdf)
  2. Think about what will fill your life with value in each area.
  3. Fill in current value levels.
  4. View the GPS for your life slideshare.
  5. Choose a Goal Plan that will be most effective in increasing the area with the lowest level of value.
  6. Print a chart to measure progress on quantifiable goals with numbers and abstract goals with a rating scale from 1 to 5.
