I will do at least one thing every day for at least 5 days each week to implement my value statement, with a goal of spending at least a half hour each week.

SET GOALS

1. View GPS for your life (slideshare)
2. Think about what would fill your life with value (pdf) in each life area (pdf). 
3. Choose a Goal Plan that is most likely to increase the value with the lowest level.
4. Evaluate goals and choose a top priority goal.
5. Develop a plan to make goals SMART -specific and measurable.
6. Break goals down into action steps.
7. Determine rewards
8. Anticipate obstacles.
9. Look at time frames and set target dates.
10. Keep goals visual and visible...Post a Goal Master List of the top priority goal in each life area.
11. Act!
12. Maintain motivation
13. Monitor progress with a weekly review.

I will take action on my top priority goal each day and measure progress on a chart, reviewing progress and goals each week.
